Our Validation Process
Slingshot provides a Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) documenting all of the functionalities you are utilizing. Slingshot’s will disable functions that are not utilized to simplify the validation process. Next, Operational Qualification (OQ) scripts are identified, along with a Trace Matrix table linking each function in the FRS to the OQ scripts that validate it.
The “click by click” results of OQ script execution are recorded in Slingshot’s Quality application which produces the Validation Results report documenting successful script execution, review, and sign-off. Installation Qualification scripts are provided as well, documenting the creation and configuration of the computer environment.
